Wow, it's hard to believe that it was one year ago today I started blogging.
It has been an exciting year. Not only have I blogged, I have become involved in the GeneaBloggers group, participated in many carnivals and memes, as well as the GeneaBlogger Olympics. I have "met" some new cousins:Thomas MacEntee of Destination: Austin Family and Lorine McGinnis Schulze of Olive Tree Genealogy. I have met in person Colleen McHugh of Orations of OMcHodoy, DearMYRTLE, Dick Eastman of Eastman's Online Genealogy Newsletter, Janet Hovorka of The Chart Chick and Lisa Louise Cooke of Genealogy Gems Podcast.
LOOKING4ANCESTORS has evolved over the past year as well. I took the risk of moving my blog from Blogger to Squarespace on New Year's Day 2009. I think it was worth the move. I have been blessed with regular readers and subscribers who still follow me. Thank-you.
While I think there may be some nips and tucks in the year to come, LOOKING4ANCESTORS isn't going anywhere. You can still expect more Monday Memories, Tuesday Teachings, Worthwhile Wednesday, Thinking Thursday and Fun Friday posts.
