Bruce & Grey Branch, OGS holds its Annual Fall Event with featured speakers Steve Fulton and Mike Quakenbush.The Scottish SIG (Special Interest Group) of the Ontario Genealogical Society (OGS) is hosting a webinar featuring Shirley Sturdevant presenting "Gathering Oral and Family Histories."
The 2nd Annual Kawartha One-Day Conference is featuring Military Settlers. Cost is $35.
The monthly meeting of London & Middlesex County Branch, OGS will feature "Victorian Mourning Customs and Funeralization" Be sure to join Paul Culliton, Manager, London’s Woodland Cemetery, historian and historical reenactor, for this inside look at how our ancestors dealt with death and burial.

Huron Branch, OGS monthly meeting welcomes Ruth Burkholder. She will be presenting "Finding Great-Grandma's Grandchildren: How do you find people of your parent's generation?" Whether they were of the immigrant generation, thus born elsewhere, or the family had been here forever, finding people in the 1900s is hard work. This discussion will present some ideas to use to find them.
